Shipping

Larkspur & Hawk can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.  Note that all items are not immediately available for shipping, and although overnight shipping is provided, fulfillment will not necessarily occur within 24 hours.

Larkspur & Hawk prefers to use FedEx for all shipments, and will do so unless otherwise specified.

Viewing

To protect the privacy of our buyers, and in order to ensure that items from the Larkspur & Hawk collection are not marketed by other websites or dealers, it is our policy not to show the entirety of the collection on our website at any given time. Upon request, images of jewelry and other items not currently shown on the website will be sent to interested parties. 

Purchasing

Larkspur & Hawk accepts cash, checks, U.S. travelers checks, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Purchasing can be done online, through our secure checkout system, via telephone (212) 340-9067, by fax (212) 734-0746, or in person at shows or events, or by personal appointment.  We accept checks after a clearance period of 7 days.  For payment other than credit cards and PayPal, please contact us.  Please note that due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, not all items offered for sale on the Larkspur & Hawk website are immediately available, and may require 2 to 3 weeks delivery time.  Note that we do not accept any layaway orders.

Privacy

We do not share any personal information (purchases, credit card information, etc.) with any third party at any time. Appraisals: Larkspur & Hawk does not offer appraisals of jewelry or other items

Antique Jewelry Guarantee

Larkspur & Hawk offers only the highest quality antique jewelry at great prices, and our jewelry is guaranteed to be exactly as described. Though we're sure you'll love your purchase, Larkspur & Hawk will gladly accept return of antique items within 3 days of delivery (signature receipt date). Antique items must be returned to us in the original packaging, and must be insured for full value with signature of receipt from carrier. Refund available within the terms specified excludes shipping and insurance costs. Items that have been modified, sized, altered, or in any other way changed from original condition when offered, cannot be returned. Please contact us via email in advance, if you wish to return an item.

Returns Policy

All items that require specific sizing, such as rings, are final sale.  Other items may be returned within 3 days of delivery for store credit only.  Larkspur & Hawk will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).  All items must be returned in the original packaging an in the original condition received.  Upon our inspection and approval, a credit will be issued.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you must to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Special Order and Sale Items

All items that maked as 'special order' or 'sale' items are final sale.  No returns or exchanges of these items is permitted.

Care and Cleaning of Foiled Jewelry

Foiled jewelry should not be immersed in water or soap, and only a dry polish and cloth should be used if metal cleaning is required.  In general no maintenance should be required.  For oxidized silver items, silver polish should not be used.  Larkspur & Hawk maintains no responsibility for items that have become wet or otherwise damaged due to contact with water, soap, or other cleaners.
